Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pingvy app and services operated by Pingvy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Pingvy is a personal budget tracking app. It allows you to record expenses and income, set financial goals, and gain AI-powered insights about your spending. A free tier and a premium subscription ("Pingvy Premium") are available.
2. Account
You may use basic features without an account. Cloud sync requires a free account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@pingvy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription checks or in-app purchase requirements.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Apple's App Store. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms (apple.com/legal). Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. Financial data displayed in the App is entered by you and is not verified by us — do not rely solely on the App for financial decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or financial loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time from the Settings screen.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
