How does voice entry work?
Tap the microphone icon and speak naturally โ for example, "coffee 3.50" or "paid rent 800 euros yesterday".
Pingvy uses Apple's on-device Speech Recognition to transcribe your voice, then AI to parse the amount,
category, and date. Your audio never leaves your device.
Is my financial data private?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your iPhone using encrypted SQLite. If you enable cloud sync (Premium),
it is backed up to secure EU-region servers. We never sell your data. See our full

What is Pingvy Premium?
Premium unlocks unlimited AI voice entries (free tier is 30/month) and cloud backup/sync across devices.
It is available as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase โ all via Apple's
App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings โ [your name] โ Subscriptions on your
iPhone and cancel there. You will keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app, go to Settings โ Delete All Data. This removes all transactions, goals,
and account information from your device and our servers immediately.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings โ Export CSV to export your transactions with flexible date and
category filters. The CSV works with Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets.
The AI voice entry isn't working correctly โ what should I do?
Make sure microphone and speech recognition permissions are enabled in
Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Microphone / Speech Recognition.
If you're hitting the monthly AI limit (30 entries on free), consider upgrading to Premium.
